Appointment of a New Chef
The Club are happy to inform you that we have acquired the services of a new chef Glenn Payne. Glenn has spent the last 7 years working for Delaware North, starting as a company projects chef, special events chef and working his way up to an executive chef. He has spent the majority of his time developing the functions business at the Melbourne Zoo and achieving “Venue Caterer of the year” in 2008.
Glenn will be around the Clubhouse preparing and developing a new lunchtime menu for Members on competition days. He will be looking at producing healthy, tasty, affordable meals, and the Club will launch this on Wednesday the 10th of February, during the week of the Northern Open. Please feel free to introduce yourself and make Glenn feel welcome.
