Extraordinary General Meeting

At the club's EGM on Thursday 18th of July 2008, the ordinary resolution ' That Northern Golf Club Incorporated apply for rezoning of the specified land to Residential Zone 1 and, if successful, sell it and use the proceeds to fund required capital works and establish a capital improvement investment fund.' was carried with a 91% majority. Votes for the resolution were as follows:

Votes against the resolution: 27

The club will now prepare to formally submit an application to the council in the coming weeks.
