SOUP

Pumpkin - cream of butter nut pumpkin & sweet potato w pine nuts

Minestrone - a classical Italian thick vegetable soup

Leek & Potato - a creamy soup blended w nutmeg & topped w fried leeks

 

ENTRÉE

Tiger Prawns - In garlic & baby spinach w pine nut cream & lemon butter.

Octopus - Marinated in lemon grass & chilli then grilled and served on top of rocket & avocado salad.

Lamb - marinated w mixed herbs and served on a flavoured mago chutney bed of cous cous

Chicken - Sliced & arranged on a bed of crispy vegetables dressed with soy & sesame dressing

Penne Pasta -Served with a choice of four delicious pasta sauces (Napolitana, Mediterranean, Carbonara or Mushroom Sauce)

Calamari Salad - Grilled marinated calamari strips on a crunchy green salad with a sweet chilli & balsamic dressing.

Thai Beef Salad - Tender beef strips served with rice vermicelli, mixed with the combination of lemon grass, coriander and mint.

Caesar Salad - Traditional Caesar salad w cos lettuce, croutons, bacon, parmesan & caesar dressing

 

MAIN

Australian Prime Beef -  Tenderloin w sautéed capers, tomato & olive salsa and finished with red wine reduced beef glaze and served with roast potatoes and grilled vegetables  

Salmon -  Char Sui marinated & pan-fried centre cut, served w cous cous, grilled vegetables, light saffron dressing & onion marmalade

Chicken Breast - Breast fillets sliced & grilled w light Italian herbs & accompanied by roast potatoes and grilled mediterranean vegetables.

Calamari - Grilled marinated calamari in oregano & lemon zest  tossed w roast sesame & kalamata olives and accompanied by roast potatoes and grilled mediterranean vegetables.

Fish & Chips - Market white fish fillets dipped in crispy beer batter & golden fried, served w french fries and tartare sauce

Beef Steak - Beef shoulder seasoned and pan fried in a creamy pepper and herb sauce and accompanied with roast potatoes and grilled vegetables

Lamb Shank - Simmered in red wine served w baked pumpkin & sweet potato mash

Lamb Roast - Deliciously seasoned roast w fresh rosemary and served with roast potatoes and grilled vegetables w a jus-lie

Chicken Parmagiana - Delicately baked crumber chicken fillet served w chunky tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese & accompanied with roast potatoes and grilled vegetables

Pasta - Home made agnolotti filled w veal & mushrooms served w puttanesca sauce & parmesan cheese
