Oysters (Option 3 only) Six oysters on a tarragon French toast served w beetroot dressing.

Tiger Prawns (Option 3 only) In garlic & baby spinach w pine nut cream & lemon butter.

Octopus Marinated in lemon grass & chilli then grilled w abalone sauce, served on top of rocket & avocado salad.

Calamari Salad Grilled marinated calamari strips on a crunchy green salad with a sweet chilli & balsamic dressing.
